By accessing or using the Vigor AI application (the "Service"), provided by Urbicode Services LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

VIGOR AI IS NOT A MEDICAL ORGANIZATION. OUR COACHES, AI MODELS, AND STAFF CANNOT GIVE YOU MEDICAL ADVICE OR DIAGNOSIS.

All programs, routines, and nutritional protocols generated by Vigor AI are for informational purposes only. You must consult with a qualified physician or healthcare provider before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries, or are pregnant.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE PARTICIPATING AT YOUR OWN RISK. URBICODE SERVICES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PHYSICAL INJURY, HEALTH COMPLICATION, OR DEATH RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR SERVICES.

3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The Service utilizes advanced Neural Networks and Large Language Models to generate content. While we strive for excellence, AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate information.

Urbicode Services LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or efficacy of AI-generated protocols. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any suggestion provided by the AI co-pilot before implementation.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

Subscriptions (Pro/Coach tiers) are managed via RevenueCat and processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellations through the respective platform's settings. Urbicode Services LLC is not responsible for any billing disputes handled by third-party payment processors.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, URBICODE SERVICES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
